I am looking for someone to sublet a fully furnished shared room and bathroom in an all-girls apartment unit available for the August 23, 2024- July 31, 2025, the school year at Inspire on 22nd in West Campus, 5 min walk from the UT. Bedroom A is the only shared room. Rent is $840 per month, which includes $15 of insurance and $825 of rent. ***I paid August***. It is a shared ("Bedroom and bathroom") accommodation in a three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment. Utilities are included (water, trash, cable, internet), except for electricity, which is approximately $40 - $60.
